NEW GENERAL BOARD MEMBERS
Mrs. Leone Watson Doxey
Mrs. Doxey has been serving as a teacher in the Bonneville Ward Relief Society, Bonneville Stake. Previously she had served in the East Central States Mission directing the women’s auxiliaries while her husband, Graham H. Doxey, presided as president of the mission.
Other Church assignments held by Mrs. Doxey include serving on the Liberty Stake Primary Board, counselor in the presidency of the Yale Ward Primary, president of the Yalecrest Ward Relief Society, counselor in the Bonneville Stake Relief Society presidency, and counselor in the Third Ward Young Women’s M.I.A., Liberty Stake.
Mrs. Doxey was born in Salt Lake City, a daughter of Alexander L. Watson and Jane Broby. She received her education in the Salt Lake City schools, being graduated from West High School.
The new Primary board member is the mother of four grown children.
She is president of the Delta Phi Fraternity Mothers’ Club (returned missionary fraternity).
